TOOL TRACKER

The Tool Tracker is the most advanced, yet user-friendly MWD data analysis and data archiving software on the market. Tool Tracker interfaces with the iPGM to provide unprecedented access to downhole data. It allows you to take the guesswork out of troubleshooting, increase MTBF and make your tools work better.
A complete solution
Tool tracker automatically records temperature, vibration, gamma, shock and RPM to provide you with a complete picture of the down hole environment. With the click of a button, you can analyze data, identify issues and resolve those issues with confidence. It also allows you to view live surface data including temperature, battery voltage, current consumption, shock and vibration, and flow.
Operating history
Tool Tracker lets you view your tool’s operating history. It displays the total tool life statistical data including hours for nine different temperature ranges as well as two resettable odometers to track individual jobs.
Removes the guess-work
With Tool Tracker’s zoomable graphs, you can identify common drilling issues like stick slip and bit bounce. In addition, you can quickly identify:
- Tool string connection problems
- Downhole power loss
- Sensor damage or failure
- Flow switch and pulse quality issues
Sample Data
1. Shock and Vibration
The shock and vibration screen allows you to drill down and find out exactly what happened downhole.
2. Temperature
Temperature graphs show complete temperature history of your tool while downhole.
3. Flow Events
Flow events are tracked on the flow graph. You can easily see flow on/flow off as well as flow values. These flow values can be used to set the sensitivity of the digital flow switch in the Tolteq Pulser Module (TPM)
4. Battery Performance
Get more information about battery performance. See battery voltage and current during resting and pulsing events.
5. Data Analysis and Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot down to each flow on event and pulse using the easy to use Multi-variable graphing function.
