The Ofserv-3DOs team varies in composition depending on the nature of a project. Consultants work either as individuals or within integrated cells of anywhere between 4 to 12 multidisciplinary experts per cell, with the local team members (acting as the primary delivery team) heading the project on-site with the international team working remotely as the secondary team. We leverage advances and efficiency of modern computing cloud technologies in project delivery thereby passing on the savings to the client.
