We are committed to ensuring that we live the environment as pristine as we met it 

Human Resource

Ofserv is committed to training and developing local manpower. We have a structured graduate development program on two tracks (technical & commercial). Where applicable, Ofserv ensures that it employs qualified personnel from the host communities as well as patronize qualified, local vendors for goods and services.

Business Ethics

We conduct our business with the highest degree of transparency and self-imposed internal governance. Ofserv is fully subscribed and upholds the tenets of the Foreign corrupt practices act as well as the UK Bribery act.

Socio-Cultural

We are fully committed to the socio-cultural as well as economic development of the people in the communities where we operate. We actively support not-for-profit organizations geared towards enhancing the living conditions of the people.
