We developed the second generation tool to improve drilling efficiency and reliability, reduce drilling costs, and enhance the safety of your operation.
The MOCS G2 is activated and infinitely cycled with a single ball that changes the drilling fluid flow path from the ID of the string (non-bypass) to the annulus (bypass). By simply changing the flow regimes, you can cycle the tool between bypass and non-bypass modes an unlimited number of times.
Benefits
Easy to use - simple operation requires only one ball
On-demand performance - cycles in as little as 10 seconds with ball on seat
Unlimited cycling - flow rate actuation alleviates need for multiple balls
Versatile - can be loaded on surface and placed anywhere in the string
Safe - eliminates the need to break string at every cycle
ID compatibility - variable ball size allows for flexibility with various string IDs
Reduced invisible-lost time - no wasted trips for an exhausted ball catcher
Designed to trip dry pipe - ports shift closed when pumps are off, automatically draining to lower BHA
Allows fishing operations below the tool - open through bore before activation or by fishing ball
Maintains well control safety - automatically closes ports when pump flow is significantly reduced

Andergauge (Adjustable Gauge Stabilizer)
Inclination control is the main reason for directional correction in deviated wells and selection of the bottom hole assembly stabilization is critical. With a rotary assembly the wrong initial selection will result in a round trip and, even with a motor based assembly, the amount of oriented drilling will increase significantly; thereby reducing ROP.
Imagine the ability to change a stabilizer without tripping out of the hole! Since 1986 this means of downhole inclination control has been a reality with the Andergauge Adjustable Stabilizer.
The innovative concept and sound engineering of the Andergauge Adjustable Stabilizer was quickly proven, but a commitment to continuous improvement has resulted in further enhancements and operational benefits that maintain the Andergauge as market leader.
Proven Andergauge Applications include:
The Mechanical Andergauge has a simple mechanical activation, positive hydraulic lock and surface pressure indication ensure simple operation and proven reliability.
The Hydraulic Andergauge Stabilizer is available for applications requiring a gauge change which is marginally larger than the conventional mechanical stabilizer is capable of. The tool is of simple design and is activated hydraulically by pump pressure. Surface pressure indication ensures the gauge position of the tool is always known. Its simple robust design ensures ease of operation and reliability.

Downhole Integrity
Agitator™ Oscillation Tool (Proven Friction Reduction, Improved Weight Transfer)
The Agitator oscillation tool gently oscillates the Bottom Hole Assembly to significantly improve weight transfer and reduce friction. This improves weight transfer and reduces stick-slip in all modes of drilling, but especially when oriented drilling with a steerable motor. The Agitator Oscillation Tool provides BHA excitement to improve weight transfer to the bit. Extends the boundaries of extended reach drilling with motors, or enhance efficiency in less complex or rotary applications.

Efficiency
We designed every aspect of this double-acting hydraulic jar to withstand the rigors and long hours of challenging applications. Featuring an extra-long stroke length for exceptional impact and impulse forces during jarring operations, the PowerStroke jar offers infinitely variable trip loads up to the maximum rating of the tool. Only a minimal load required in both the up and down jarring directions—which is crucial in directional, horizontal, and extended-reach wellbores—making the PowerStroke jar an ideal solution for modern drilling operations.
Greater impact: Increased stroke length creates superior jarring forces
Precise control: Provides infinitely variable impact intensity in vertical and directional drilling
Proven, Reliable Performance: Robust design with tens of thousands of runs
Flexible Placement: Exceptional tensile and torsional strength ratings
Rig Floor Convenience: 30 ft length allows the tool to be racked back
